Corporate debtor was a hotel industry . Hotel was situated 300kms away from RP’s place. Customers were paying in cash and Vendors were also paid by Cash. Promoters and GM were managing the Hotel and misused the cash.
Solution: Card machines were installed, and a big board was kept at hotel reception instruction Customers to pay only through debit / credit card. Thus, all the remittances could be tracked, and misuse of cash was stopped.
